In-app chat is the recommended channel. An AI assistant helps 24/7 and resolves most questions instantly; when needed, your request is escalated to a human support agent during business hours.

Response time (SLA)

  • You'll get a response within 24 hours (excluding weekends — weekend messages are answered first thing Monday), and 48 hours at most.
  • The in-app AI assistant responds instantly to most common questions.

Send your message with confidence — the team works hard to resolve your issue swiftly, friendly, and effectively.

Send the right info for a faster fix

So the team can help from your very first message (without back-and-forth), please include:

  • A brief description of the issue.
  • A screenshot of the exact screen with the problem (essential for display / error-message issues).
  • The steps you already tried.
  • Your device + operating system (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 18).
  • For balance issues: the number on AlphaSet and the number on your exchange.
  • For payment issues: the method, amount, and timestamp.

  • Trading hasn't started → [[trading-not-started]]
  • Trading suddenly stopped → [[trading-stopped]]
  • Balance differs from exchange → [[balance-mismatch]]
  • Returns look wrong → [[returns-look-wrong]]
  • Charts not showing → [[charts-not-showing]]
  • Got an error message → [[error-messages]]
  • Payment failed → [[payment-failed]]

A reminder for peace of mind: your funds always stay on your own exchange. AlphaSet never holds your assets.
