ROI is shown live on each Alpha's detail page - as a 30-day rolling figure and inception-to-date. It reflects real performance, but past results don't guarantee future returns.

How does Alpha Stock VN trade Vietnamese stocks legally?

Alpha Stock VN places orders through DNSE - a licensed Vietnamese brokerage - under a valid authorized-trading arrangement. Your brokerage account stays in your own name; the automation operates within the legal framework and complies with State Securities Commission (UBCKNN) rules.

How is my API key stored?

Encrypted at rest with AES-256, keys managed in a KMS. Decrypted in memory only at the moment of order execution, and never logged. No employee can read your key.

No. This is non-negotiable. API keys are trade-only, never withdrawal. Even in a worst-case breach, no one can move funds off your exchange - and you can revoke the API key on your exchange at any time to cut access instantly.

How do I log in and secure my account?

Log in via email magic link or Google/Apple (no password). TOTP-based 2FA is recommended and available on every account. You can also whitelist AlphaSet's IPs on your exchange to further restrict access.

How is my personal data used?

Only to operate your account and meet legal requirements. Never sold to third parties, never used for external advertising. You can request deletion at any time.

Are there any fees besides the subscription?

No. AlphaSet charges no AUM fee and no performance fee - the subscription is the only charge. In fact, you earn cashback: a share of your trading fees is paid back directly into your exchange account - Air 25%, Plus 30%, Pro 35%, Max 40% (Enterprise up to 50%).

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and crypto (USDT). Vietnamese users can pay via local bank transfer / e-wallets through our partner. Enterprise plans can pay by bank wire.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference prorated over the days left and your renewal date unchanged. Downgrades apply at the next cycle so any running Alpha isn't interrupted. No hidden fees to change plans.

What if my balance is above my plan's cap?

That's fine. The engine only trades up to your plan's cap; anything above it stays idle (untraded) and safe on your exchange - no fee, no lockout. Your dashboard will suggest an upgrade if you want your full balance actively traded.

Is there a free trial or a refund policy?

There's no free trial - you subscribe to use AlphaSet. But there's a money-back safeguard: a full refund within 7 days if the Alpha hasn't placed any trades. Once an Alpha has traded, no refund, because market risk is real.

What happens if my subscription lapses?

Your dashboard reminds you to renew before expiry. If payment lapses, your Alphas pause (open positions stay safe on your exchange) until you renew. Nothing is lost - you can renew anytime.

How does the affiliate program work?

You earn commission on the subscription fees of people you refer, across 3 levels: F1 (direct) 15%, F2 5%, F3 2.5%. Commissions accrue in real time on your affiliate dashboard. Minimum payout $20, by manual request.

Yes, Alphas run 24/7 on cloud infrastructure targeting 99.9% uptime with automatic failover. If your exchange goes briefly offline, your open positions stay on the exchange; when it's back, AlphaSet automatically resumes monitoring and managing them - nothing is lost.

After I connect my API, how long until trading starts?

About 24 hours. The Alpha needs to read the market and calibrate its initial positions before going live - an essential warm-up for the strategy to perform correctly. You can track the status right on your dashboard.

Can I pause an Alpha and resume it later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can pause an Alpha from your dashboard anytime; open positions are handled per your settings. On resume, the Alpha needs a short warm-up again before trading.
