Trades not running, balance mismatches, payment errors, and how to reach us.
- Trading hasn't started yet?After you finish setup, the Engine needs up to ~24 hours to calibrate and place its first trade. This is normal.
- Trading suddenly stopped?Sometimes no trades for a couple of days is completely normal. Here are the causes and when to contact support.
- AlphaSet balance differs from my exchange?The dashboard and your exchange aren't always synced in real time. When they differ, always trust the number on your exchange.
- Returns look wrong?Returns on AlphaSet are calculated using time-weighted return (TWR) so they aren't distorted by deposits or withdrawals. Often a number that "looks off" is exactly right.
- Charts not showing or looking weird?Most chart issues are fixed simply by refreshing the app or updating to the latest version.
- Got an error message?Most error messages are resolved simply by updating the app, checking your connection, or restarting your device.
- Payment failed?Most declined payments are fixed by retrying or switching method. Your subscription only activates once payment succeeds.
