Charts not showing or looking weird?

Quick steps to try

Do these in order, and stop as soon as the chart comes back:

1. Update to the latest version. Make sure you're on the newest AlphaSet build from the App Store or Google Play. An outdated version is the most common cause of broken charts.
2. Close and re-open the app. This simple step usually clears temporary display glitches.
3. Refresh / reload the chart. Pull to refresh the screen, or switch to another tab and back.
4. Check your connection. Make sure your device has stable Wi-Fi or mobile data — charts need a connection to load the latest data.

Important note

The chart is just the display layer — if it doesn't load, that does not affect your trading or your money.

Your funds always stay on your own exchange. AlphaSet never holds your assets. You can always open your exchange app (BingX for Alpha Crypto, Entrade X / DNSE for Alpha Stock VN) to see your real balance and trading activity at any time.

When should I contact support?
