Connect DNSE & sign the Trading Authorization (SACO)

Vietnamese stocks work differently from crypto. For AlphaSet to legally place orders in your securities account, you authorize Zeno JSC to place orders on your behalf — under DNSE's Investment Companion (SACO) model.

Your funds always stay in your DNSE account. AlphaSet never holds your assets.

What you need

• An open DNSE account (the Entrade X app), verified.
• Minimum capital for Alpha Stock VN: 25,000,000 VND (~$1,000).
• No API key to create or share.

Why a trading authorization, not an API key

Circular UBCKNN 09/2023 prohibits securities firms from offering automated robot order-placement. That's why AlphaSet does not call itself a "robot order-placer."

Instead: Zeno JSC is an Organization SACO 5 ("Investment Companion") of DNSE. When you sign the trading authorization, you appoint Zeno JSC as a legal agent to place orders on your behalf per the Alpha. This is an authorized-agent model — outside the scope of the ban, and therefore legal.

Steps to sign the authorization (in Entrade X)

1. Open DNSE's Entrade X app and log in.
2. Go to Menu → select "Chọn bạn đồng hành" (Choose your companion).
3. Enter the SACO depository number: 064CAS0001 (Zeno JSC's identifier on DNSE).
4. Review the SACO info shown: organization name (Zeno JSC), the Investment Companion role, and the fee. Verify it's correct.
5. Read the trading authorization document — what you're authorizing Zeno JSC to do, its scope, and your right to revoke.
6. Confirm with OTP to finish.

Done. You enter no key, paste no secret, share no password. Everything happens inside DNSE's own app.

Validity & revocation

• The authorization is valid for 5 years.
• You can revoke it anytime right in Entrade X. On revocation, AlphaSet stops placing new orders; any open positions remain in your DNSE account for you to manage.
• Your cash and shares always stay in the DNSE account under your name — AlphaSet is only permitted to place orders, never to withdraw or transfer assets.

After signing

AlphaSet confirms the authorization is active, then begins integration (~24h). You'll get an email when the Engine is ready to trade.
