Alpha Stock VN is an active multi-segment Alpha on the Vietnamese stock market:

• Cash equities (HOSE/HNX): a long-only basket selected by cross-sectional ranking on the VN30/VN100 universe.
• VN30F1M derivatives: directional long/short trading, using DNSE Future X margin.
• The Engine dynamically allocates capital between cash and derivatives based on regime and market volatility.

Why is a trading mandate (SACO) needed?

Vietnamese stocks don't connect via an API key like crypto. Instead:

• Zeno JSC is a SACO 5 Organization ("Investment Companion") with DNSE.
• You sign a trading mandate authorizing AlphaSet to place orders on your behalf - as a legal agent.
• Why it matters: UBCKNN Circular 09/2023 bans securities firms from offering automated robot order-placement. The SACO mandate model (an agent placing orders for a client who has signed a mandate) falls outside the scope of that ban → it is legal.

Where is your money?

Your cash and shares always stay in your own DNSE account. AlphaSet never holds your assets. You create or share no API key. The mandate is valid for 5 years and you can revoke it any time in Entrade X → the Engine stops placing orders immediately.

2. A minimum balance of 25,000,000 VND.
3. An active AlphaSet subscription.
4. A signed trading mandate (SACO) with Zeno JSC via Entrade X.
