Alpha Crypto
What does Alpha Crypto do?
Alpha Crypto is an active long/short Alpha on the Top 100 crypto by market cap (futures).
- A quantitative model from our research team scores every coin and re-ranks the basket every week (Monday).
- Periodic ranking: the strongest coins go into the long basket, the weakest into the short basket; about 20 positions across both sides each period.
- Market-neutral: long and short values are balanced, so results do not depend on whether BTC goes up or down.
- Basket rebalances weekly; sizes are held between rebalances, and a position is held for about 16.5 days on average.
You get an auto-managed portfolio with no need to sit watching news or charts.

Why Alpha Crypto stands out
- Captures both directions - long/short can profit in rising and falling markets, not just buy-and-hold.
- Quantitative, not discretionary - the portfolio is picked by our research team's model; nobody is guessing the market.
- Market-neutral - long and short value stay balanced and correlation with BTC is close to 0, so returns come from the gap between leaders and laggards.
- Weekly rebalancing, no per-trade stop-loss - positions only change at the rebalance; risk is managed through diversification across about 20 names and a 20% cap per name.
Real performance
AlphaSet shows real data in the app: PnL, APR, and Max Drawdown update live on your dashboard. We don't publish promised numbers - you see actual performance right in your account.

What you need to use Alpha Crypto
- A BingX or Bybit account (futures trading enabled, Hedge Mode + Cross margin) or a funded Hyperliquid account.
- A minimum balance of $1,000 in the account (USDT on BingX / Bybit, USDC on Hyperliquid; $2,000+ recommended).
- An active AlphaSet subscription.
- The exchange connected to AlphaSet - BingX and Bybit via API key, Hyperliquid via API Wallet (all trade-only, no withdrawal).
Where is your money?
Your funds always stay on your own exchange (BingX, Bybit or Hyperliquid). AlphaSet never holds your assets. The connection has trade permission only, no withdrawal, and is AES-256 encrypted. Revoke any time → the Engine stops immediately.
Important notes
- Don't place manual orders in an account the Engine is managing - it breaks the capital allocation logic.
- The Engine manages the entire trading balance of a connected account, not a portion. To keep part of your assets aside → hold it in a non-trading wallet or a separate account.
- Alpha Crypto sets no per-trade stop-loss or take-profit: positions only change at the weekly rebalance; in exceptional cases the research team can trigger a close-all of the whole portfolio and you get a notification. When you pause or delete the Alpha, positions stay on your exchange with no protective orders; close them on the exchange yourself if you want.
