What is AlphaSet?

Updated: 08/26/2026 · 2 min read

In one sentence

AlphaSet is a non-custodial quant trading platform. Think of it as a small-scale hedge fund running directly on your own exchange account.

  • No need to read charts or watch the market.
  • No need to place orders or rebalance yourself.
  • You pick an Alpha that matches your risk appetite - the Quant Engine handles the rest.

Non-custodial: your funds always stay on your exchange

This is the core idea to remember:

Your funds always stay on your own exchange. AlphaSet never holds your assets.

  • For crypto (BingX, Bybit, Hyperliquid): connected via an API key with trade permission only, NO withdrawal permission.
  • For Vietnamese stocks (DNSE): connected via trading authorization (SACO) - funds stay inside your own DNSE account.
  • You can revoke access at any time, and the Engine stops immediately.

What does the Quant Engine do?

The Quant Engine is AlphaSet's automated trading core. Once you pick an Alpha and connect your exchange:

  • The Engine continuously reads market signals (technical, flow, liquidity, macro, and more).
  • The Engine opens/closes positions and rebalances 24/7 following your chosen Alpha's logic.
  • You don't configure or intervene at all.

How is it different from trading yourself?

Trading yourselfUsing AlphaSet
You decide everything, emotions get in the wayThe Engine decides via a quantitative model
You watch the marketThe Engine runs 24/7, even while you sleep
You rebalance manuallyThe Engine rebalances continuously
