The 5 steps at a glance

Step 1 - Sign up / Welcome

Create your AlphaSet account with email, or sign in quickly with Google / Apple. No password needed - you sign in via a link sent to your email or through your social account.

Step 2 - Pick an Alpha

Choose an Alpha that fits your risk appetite and capital:

• Alpha Crypto (🟡 Medium) - long/short Top 100 crypto, minimum $1,000, on BingX, Bybit or Hyperliquid.
• Alpha Stock (🟡 Medium) - cash equities + VN30F1M derivatives, minimum 75M VND, via DNSE.
• Coming soon Alphas (Goods, FX) appear dimmed and aren't selectable yet.

Step 3 - Connect your exchange

How you connect depends on the Alpha:

• Alpha Crypto (BingX / Bybit): paste an API key manually (BingX also offers automatic OAuth). The API needs trade permission only, with withdrawal turned OFF. AlphaSet verifies the key's permissions. See [[connect-bingx]] / [[connect-bybit]].
• Alpha Crypto (Hyperliquid): create an API Wallet on Hyperliquid, then paste your Web3 Wallet Address + API Wallet Address + Private Key. The API Wallet is trade-only and cannot withdraw. See [[connect-hyperliquid]].
• Alpha Stock (DNSE): sign a trading authorization (SACO) right inside the Entrade X app. You do not create or share any API key. This is the legally compliant non-custodial method under UBCKNN Circular 09/2023.

Step 4 - Choose a plan + pay

• Pick Air / Plus / Pro / Max. Toggle annual for 53% off.
• There's a referral code field (the referred user gets +200 points after their first subscription payment).
• Your first monthly subscription gets a 37-day bonus (30+7).
• No free trial - payment is required to start.

Step 5 - Wait for the Engine's first trade

• After payment, AlphaSet begins integrating your account.
• Alpha Crypto opens its first positions at the next rebalance, by next Monday at the latest; Alpha Stock places its first orders in the next trading session. While you wait, the dashboard shows a "Setting up" status.
• When ready, you get an email notification and the Engine starts trading per your chosen Alpha.

After you're done

The Engine runs 24/7. Track PnL / APR / Max DD and your Alpha's status (🟢 Running / 🟡 Pausing / 🔴 Off) right on the dashboard.
