Create an account

• Enter your email on the sign-up screen, then tap Continue. AlphaSet sends a login link to that email.
• Or sign in quickly with Google / Apple.
• AlphaSet uses no passwords — each sign-in sends you a fresh link by email (or uses your social account).

Sign in with a magic link

1. Open the email from AlphaSet.
2. Tap the login link in the email.
3. You're taken straight into your account. Done!

For security, the link opens only once and expires after a few hours.

Didn't receive the login email?

1. Check your Spam / Promotions / Subscriptions folders — it usually lands there. Mark the AlphaSet address as "not spam" so future emails reach your inbox.
2. Double-check you entered the correct email.
3. Wait 1–2 minutes, then tap resend link.
4. Still nothing? Use the in-app support chat or contact us via the section below.

Login link not working / showing an error?

This usually means the link expired or was already opened once. Do this:

1. Request a new link from the sign-in screen.
2. Copy the link from the email.
3. Paste it into your browser (on Apple devices, Safari is recommended).

Important notes:

• Open the link only once. Reopening it will show an error.
• Don't forward the link via Messenger / Telegram / Zalo / WhatsApp — these apps auto-preview links, which consumes and expires them.

If it still won't work: request a new link, copy it, and send it to the in-app support chat — the team will help you get back in.
